    Well, when you exercise you’re burning calories, not just straight up fat right away.
    A 3 mile run is an aerobic workout, which means that it needs oxygen. Your body breaks down glucose and fat (but not the amount that you want to lose) to deliver this oxygen.
    The kickboxing hour, on the other hand, is a combination of aerobic and anaerobic (which means it is so high-energy that your body does it without oxygen). During the anaerobic parts of kickboxing, you’re burning up glycogen stores that you get from all the carbs you eat. A reduction in 1 lb of total body fat comes from a reduction of 3,500 calories a week. Since about 60% or more of your diet consists of carbs, a mix of anaerobic and aerobic exercise will burn the most calories, and thus reduce your total body fat the quickest.

    I would say the kick boxing because it would take longer. 3 miles should take most people less than 30 mins. Its more about length of time than mileage

    i’ve done both and i feel better after the kickboxing classss

    running on a treadmill works far less of the muscles in your body than turbo kickboxing does, so regarless of caloric burn you are better exercising more muscles and areas of your body than less
